Life Is Short. Live It Well.
I am a certified holistic health coach and fitness trainer. I work with women to transform their health and wellness goals into lasting action for themselves and their families. My aim is to make healthy living less intimidating, more realistic and attainable to all.
It took me until I was heading towards 40 and a mother of four boys to understand that self care is not synonymous with selfishness. I figured out that in order to show up 100% for those you love, you first need to learn to treat yourself well. I’m still learning! I am inspired to help other women figure out how to take better care of themselves without guilt or excuses.
There’s a lot of trendy, conflicting information out there about food. Bottom line: Healthy eating should make you feel happy and strong, not stressed and bored. Cooking nutritious meals for your family and shifting to a healthier lifestyle should be easy and manageable, and doesn’t prevent you from indulging in what you love.
Exercise reduces stress, increases serotonin, and lowers your chance of basically every single chronic disease. (As does meditation, by the way!) I am inspired to get women moving! Along with a slimmer waste size and flatter abs, exercise makes you FEEL better- and that’s the idea here.
Perfection does not exist so don’t let the idea of perfection get in the way of being better!
I’d love to work with you. Get in touch!
